Floriana Hakim
Your tour guide to Rome and the Vatican
Hello! My name is Floriana, I was born in Rome, where I graduated in Foreign Languages at “La Sapienza” University, and I simply love travelling.
I studied abroad, in England, France, Spain, and I lived almost 2 years in Germany, but the love for my city brought me back home, where I have been living and working as a guide for tourists from all over the world for the past 15 years.
I have been a specialised Guide for the Galleria Borghese, which will never cease to fascinate and inspire me, but my dream was to become an official guide for the Vatican Museums and…not only did I succeed, but I was also chosen to become one of their 10 “Patron of the Arts” guides, am incredible honour!
In these last years I specialized in guides for the blind and visually impaired, after having studied in the “F. Cavazza Institute for Blind people” in the University of Bologna.
I couldn’t love my job more! I would also love to meet you, who are reading these lines right now, take you on a tour and help you discover the hidden secrets of Rome.
I almost forgot; don’t miss taking a shopping tour with me, because I’m also passionate about fashion and shopping in the most beautiful boutiques in Rome so I will gladly be your very own personal shopper!
